A Car For My Wife

My wife's car
I always dream about getting my wife a car so she too can learn to drive and be just like everyone else in this world. If I did get her a car it would have to be the most special car on the road. You know how you might be setting at the corner waiting to get a break in traffic and when that time comes you just sit there because coming down the street is a car that you just have to wait to see. And as its passing you just wish that it would stop right in the middle of the street so you can just stare at it for a few more seconds. Then even after its gone you miss the next chance to pull out because you can't stop thinking about what you saw. That's the car I want for my wife.

I know that to some this sounds a bit out there but just think about the one vehicle you can't miss if it was coming down the street. The one vehicle that you would not risk pulling out in front of and would follow down the street and not complain about how slow it was going. You even know what to call it and even if you have never even seen a picture of it. You are even late to work because it pulled into a parking lot and you just had to stop and peek inside and take pictures with your phone. When you do get to work and the boss is upset you pull out your phone and show off the pictures and the boss leaves hoping to get a look at it also.

If you haven't guessed that I'm talking about the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile I feel for you. No I don't want to get my wife that but I do want her car to have the same affect on people. It's not about turning heads and stopping traffic. What I want is my wife safe as she drives down the street with the kids in the car. I can't protect her from other drivers so I want the car to make the other drivers protect her by the sheer force of respect that the car demands from the others on the road.
